LINDA MAEPA  - PhD (IOWA) (USA)

Dr. Linda Maepa is a highly qualified and experienced Community Development Expert.  Linda is principally a Development Communications and Training Specialist.  Her experience is far broader however to limit her to such a categorisation.  She has extensive research exposure, supervision and co-ordination experience as well as in the design and implementation of development programmes. Linda is a former High school teacher who after being awarded a Masters Degree went on to Lecture at the University of Swaziland for over 17years and the Rhodes University Journalism School for two years( during this time she read and obtained her PhD in Mass Communication).  She has extensive experience in Capacity Building in the workplace from top management down to low level staff, training of trainers and HIV/AIDS Policy formulation amongst other disciplines.

MPHUMENI FRANK MBATHA - BA (UNIZUL), CERTIFICATE PUBLIC MANAGEMENT (WITS), PART MBA (STEL).

Frank started out as a Teacher and ended at the highest level in the Public Service, when he was appointed the Director General on the Mpumalanga Province in 1995 a job he held until 1999. Since then Frank has worked on his own account as an independent consultant. His wide and varied experience in matters relating to the functioning of Government, transformation and Human resource policies and procedures has held him in good stead over the years assisting a wide client base and in the process shoring up our young democracy.

LUNGILE PRECIOUS HLATSHWAYO (NEE MASEKO)

Lungile  holds a degree in Internal auditing which she completed at the Tswane University of Technology in 2005 (TUT). While at the University she was involved in student activities running a lot of Student initiated projects, this culminated in her being voted into the SRC (Student representative Council) in 2002/3. Whilst at school she was an organizer for the Mpumalanga Science and Technology Week an annual event she worked for from 2002 to 2004.
After completing university she worked for an Events Management and Communications Company in Nelspruit. Included as her duties were office management, accounts clerk  and taking part in events management. Her first major project was the opening event of the New Nkangala District Offices in Middelburg. In 2006 she was the Project manager for the 20th Commemoration event for the Late President Samora Machel of Mozambique. This was an international collaboration between South Africa and Mozambique and involved the Presidents of both countries who attended the function. 
More recently she was utilized as a Project Co-ordinator for the Independent Election Agency (IEA) tasked by the Department of Local Government in Mpumalanga to run the Traditional Council elections for the whole province.
